Our goal is to utilize one of our Skype numbers as a new sales number and offload those sales calls from our human answering service (which has many issues) to the PBX thus also saving us cost of paying both for Skype credit & the answering system to handle sales calls simultaneously!ġ) Caller calls our Skype number and is it routed to C3X.
Calls to our main 800 are patched through to our SkypeIn phone #s, and outbound calls are made through the same SkypeIn numbers-all using Skype credit. My office uses Skype currently for inbound and outbound calls and we have a live answering service answer calls to our main number for sales & support. I am new to 3CX and PBX software in general.so perhaps the answer is in front of my nose but I can't see it!
